Tips for good photography

4) එකම ඡායාරූපය 2 හෝ 3 වතාවක් ගන්න. (සමහර විට ඔබේ දෑත් ගන්නා අතරතුර වෙව්ලන්නට පුළුවන)
5) ඡායාරූප jpg හෝ png ආකෘතියෙන් සුරකින්න.

Sales / Rental Commissions

1) Free listing for sale with company contact details. Both parties can find buyers. 3% sales commission to be paid to the Company, if only the buyer is introduced by the Company Reperesentatives or Registered Agents
2) Paid Listing fee of Rs. 1,000/- or Rs. 3,000/- per year for sale with owners contact details. Both parties can find buyers. 3% sales commission to be paid to the Company, if only the buyer is introduced by the Company Reperesentatives or Registered Agents

3) Free listing for rent with company contact details. Both parties can find tenants. One Month Rent commission to be paid to the Company, if only the Tenant is introduced by the Company Reperesentatives or Registered Agents
2) Paid Listing fee of Rs. 1,000/- or Rs. 3,000/- per month for rent with owners contact details. Both parties can find tenants. One month rental commission to be paid to the Company, if only the tenant is introduced by the Company Reperesentatives or Registered Agents

විකුණුම් / කුලී කොමිස්
1) සමාගම් සම්බන්ධතා තොරතුරු සමඟ විකිණීම සඳහා නොමිලේ ලැයිස්තුගත කිරීම. දෙපාර්ශවයටම ගැනුම්කරුවන් සොයා ගත හැකිය. සමාගමේ නියෝජිතයින් හෝ ලියාපදිංචි නියෝජිතයන් විසින් ගැනුම්කරු හඳුන්වා දෙනු ලැබුවහොත් පමණක් සමාගමට ගෙවිය යුතු 3% විකුණුම් කොමිස් මුදල
2) හිමිකරුවන්ගේ සම්බන්ධතා තොරතුරු සමඟ විකිණීම සඳහා වසරකට රු. 1,000/- හෝ රු. 3,000/- ක ලැයිස්තුගත කිරීමේ ගාස්තුවක් ගෙවනු ලැබේ. දෙපාර්ශවයටම ගැනුම්කරුවන් සොයා ගත හැකිය. සමාගමේ නියෝජිතයින් හෝ ලියාපදිංචි නියෝජිතයන් විසින් ගැනුම්කරු හඳුන්වා දෙනු ලැබුවහොත් පමණක් සමාගමට ගෙවිය යුතු 3% විකුණුම් කොමිස් මුදල

3) සමාගම් සම්බන්ධතා තොරතුරු සමඟ කුලියට ගැනීම සඳහා නොමිලේ ලැයිස්තුගත කිරීම. දෙපාර්ශවයටම කුලී නිවැසියන් සොයා ගත හැකිය. සමාගමේ නියෝජිතයින් හෝ ලියාපදිංචි නියෝජිතයන් විසින් කුලී නිවැසියා හඳුන්වා දෙනු ලැබුවහොත් පමණක් සමාගමට ගෙවිය යුතු මාසික කුලී කොමිස් මුදල
2) හිමිකරුවන්ගේ සම්බන්ධතා තොරතුරු සමඟ කුලියට ගැනීම සඳහා මසකට රු. 1,000/- හෝ රු. 3,000/- ක ගෙවන ලද ලැයිස්තුගත කිරීමේ ගාස්තුව. දෙපාර්ශවයටම කුලී නිවැසියන් සොයා ගත හැකිය. සමාගම් නියෝජිතයින් හෝ ලියාපදිංචි නියෝජිතයන් විසින් කුලී නිවැසියා හඳුන්වා දෙන්නේ නම් පමණක්, සමාගමට මාසයක කුලී කොමිස් මුදලක් ගෙවිය යුතුය.
